Bio

My art embodies an abstract approach, characterized by layered marks and strokes that reflect my personal journey. Each piece serves as a process of soul-searching, a way to connect with my higher self and the energies around me. The vibrant colours I use convey a rich tapestry of emotions, juxtaposing the vibrancy of life with the shadows of pain, identity struggles, and feelings of emotional abandonment. The marks often evoke the illusion of letters, reminiscent of journal entries, yet they remain non-verbal, emphasizing the complexity of expression beyond words. This choice highlights the depth of experience and emotion that can’t always be articulated.

Everyday life inspires my work. I photograph objects and candid moments with people in the streets, engaging in conversations that enrich my understanding of their stories. These interactions infuse my paintings with genuine emotion, translating feelings into visual narratives.

Through this process, I aim to create an intimate dialogue with viewers, inviting them to explore the layers of my experiences and the universal themes of struggle and resilience. My work is a testament to the transformative power of art as a means of connection and expression.
