2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written permission.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
  • Payment is processed via secure third‑party gateways (Yoco). We do not store your payment card details.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the artwork is marked as sold and removed from availability.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship within South Africa and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services or customs.
  • We will notify you when your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We take great care in packaging artworks to prevent damage. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged items or incorrect shipments. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camps Bay Art Gallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
